Yes, we can hold your reservation for up to 3 days. If payment or confirmation is not received within this period, the reservation will be released to other participants.

No. The training fee is not included and is charged separately from the certification fee. The indicated price refers only to the certification fee, which covers the assessment/examination and processing fees.
You may contact any training provider that offers the required courses to complete the necessary prerequisite trainings. Once all prerequisites are fulfilled, you may proceed to submit your certification application.
SIRIM Academy also offers physical public training, in-house training, and e-learning courses for the relevant modules.

For schemes with examinations, a dropdown list of examination dates with seat availability will be displayed.
Click Register and upload the required documents (e.g. Application Form for Certification of Persons, proof of educational qualifications, and certificates of prerequisite training).

You can access the Virtual Live Class link once you log in to your account. It is also included in the course confirmation email.
Once your registration and payment are completed, you will receive an email notification with the link to the e-learning platform. You may also access it directly by clicking the E-Learning button on the top menu of our TMS Webpage home screen once you log in to your account.
For certification schemes with examination-based assessments:
Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a link to perform a device compatibility test, which must be completed before your examination date. After successfully passing the compatibility test, you will be able to download the secure browser application. On the examination date, launch the secure browser to proceed with the examination.
For certification schemes with assignment-based assessments:
After logging in, click the E-Learning tab at the top of the page. Select the relevant certification scheme to view and complete your assignment.

Yes, you may auto-reschedule to the next available batch before the blackout date.
After the blackout date, all rescheduling requests will be subject to approval, and course rescheduling fees may apply.
For grant- or funding-supported courses, you are required to withdraw the existing participant and register a new learner.
For non-funded courses, you may write to us to request a direct participant replacement, provided the request is made at least one day before the training date.
Yes, withdrawals are subject to the Course policy, and all requests will be reviewed for approval.
If your withdrawal request is approved, you will receive an email notification. Any applicable refunds will be processed separately by our Finance Team.
